Wholesale terms

Everything you need to know before placing your first order.

Supplier: Riverstone Aquatics, trading as BuyGuppy.com, based in Glennville, GA.
Who can buy: Registered trade customers: aquarium shops, breeders, distributors and online retailers.
Units: All prices are per fish. Guppies are shipped as male & female pairs, so guppy quantities must be even: 10 fish = 5 males + 5 females. Discus, bettas, mollies and other fish are sold individually.
Minimum per line: 10 fish (5 pairs) of any guppy strain; 5 fish of any other species (shown on each listing).
Minimum order: 50 fish per order across all strains. Bundle contents count toward the minimum.
Volume pricing: Automatic per strain: 5% off from 15 fish, 9% off from 25 fish of the same strain. Bundles carry their own fixed discount and do not stack.
Prices: Quoted in USD per fish, ex-works. Freight, boxes, oxygen and any export documents are quoted separately after the order is placed.
How ordering works: Submit an order request from your cart. We confirm stock and freight within one business day and issue a pro-forma invoice. Fish are packed once payment clears.
Payment: Bank transfer, Wise or PayPal for trade accounts. Terms for repeat customers on request.
Shipping & DOA: Live fish ship by air. Dead-on-arrival claims must be sent with clear photos of unopened bags within 2 hours of pickup; credit is applied to your next order.
Photos: Catalog photos are representative of each strain. Individual fish vary in pattern and finnage.
